Spider control for homes from Sarnia to Port Elgin
Every visit starts with removal. Webs, spiders and egg sacs come off the porch, the lights, the window frames and the eaves with a HEPA vacuum and a pole brush. Then, only where it is needed, a targeted treatment. Less spray, by design.
Licensed and insured. Locally owned, with crews operating from service depots in Sarnia and Kincardine.
How a visit works
A lot of companies spray the house and leave. We do the part that works the moment we do it, and keep the product to the places that still need it.
1
We check every wall, the soffits, the lights, the garage door and the sheds, and note where spiders are actually living. We photograph what we find, identify the spiders and what is drawing them to the house, and build your plan from that record, so each later visit can be checked against it.
2
A backpack HEPA vacuum takes webs, spiders and egg sacs off the porch ceiling, the lights, the window frames and the first floor soffits. High eaves and peaks are swept down with a cobweb brush on a telescoping pole. No ladders on your siding, no product yet.
3
Where activity justifies it, a registered product goes on the specific sites the label allows, at the lowest label rate that works. The technician wears the protection the label calls for, including a respirator for overhead work, because we take the product seriously. Then a written summary of what we did and when the areas are clear.

Physical removal works instantly and does not wash off. Product on every wall of every house, every month, puts far more of it around pets, gardens, pollinators and the lake than the job needs, and still leaves every web hanging. We use it where it earns its place, and not where it does not. When we do use it, the crew wears what the label requires and you get the re-entry time in writing.
What we are clearing
You do not need to be on the water. Ten kilometres inland, the same insects come off the lake at night and the spiders follow them to your lights.
What we stand for
We are a pest company that would rather not use pesticide. That is not a slogan; it is how the visit is built.
Less product on the house means less around the people and animals who live there. That is why we remove first and treat last.
We only say what the crew can do. Fewer spiders, not zero. A service day, not a promised hour. If we cannot fix something, we tell you.
Treatments by trained team members supervised by our licensed Structural exterminator, $2 million liability and $1 million pollution insurance, WSIB for every technician, products registered in Canada and applied exactly as the label directs, and a written summary of the work sent to you for your records.
Removal first means less product on your siding, less drift into the garden where the birds, bees and butterflies are, less into the storm drain and the lake, and only the product the job actually needs. We keep it to where it earns its place.
The dog, the grandchildren, the weekend guests on the deck. The part of the visit that does most of the work uses no product at all, and where we do treat, we tell you exactly where and how long to keep everyone off it.
Plans and pricing
Prices are for a standard home up to about 2,000 square feet, before HST. Larger homes and extra buildings are about 30 percent more; estates and commercial properties are quoted. We confirm your price before any work starts.

Why Spider Pros
Spiders are the job. Not nine pests, not a franchise, not a national chain. Locally owned, locally committed, with service depots in Sarnia and Kincardine.
Ontario Structural exterminator and Operator licences, $2 million liability and $1 million pollution insurance, WSIB for every technician. Ask and we will show you.
The webs come off by hand before anything is sprayed. You see the difference when the truck pulls away.
Product only where activity justifies it, at the lowest label rate that works, with a written summary of what went where.
We say reduce, not eliminate. No one can promise a spider free yard, and we will not pretend to.
Gate open, dog inside, and we do the rest. A summary is left at the door or sent by email.
Service areas
Crews operate from service depots in Sarnia and Kincardine and run set routes through each town and the subdivisions around it.
Good to know
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling. Spiders live in the yard and walk onto houses all summer. One visit clears what is there and treats the spots that need it. If webs come back on treated areas within 60 days, we come back. A Season Plan keeps the house covered from spring to fall.
Because it works the moment we do it. A spray only works when a spider walks across it later, and sun and rain wear it down. Vacuuming also takes the egg sacs, which a spray never touches, and it means we use far less product on your house.
Everyone stays off treated areas until they are dry, which the written instructions we leave will say. We use products registered in Canada, applied by a trained technician supervised by our licensed exterminator, according to the label, and the removal part of the visit uses no product at all.
No. We need the gate open, the dog inside and the areas we discussed clear of cushions and barbecue covers. We leave a summary at the door or by email.
We do not spray in rain or high wind. If the forecast turns, we move you to the next service day and tell you. Once a treatment has dried, an ordinary rain does not remove it. Weeks of sun and weather do wear any treatment down, which is one reason the guarantee exists.
Not normally during the busy spring, summer and fall seasons; our crews are on the outside of homes every working day. For existing customers, we are willing to provide a separate quote for indoor work. Ask when you book.
Book a visit
Pick what you want, tell us about the house, and we call you back to confirm your price and set your dates. We work each town on set days and we do not spray in rain or high wind, so a date can move with the weather. There is no commitment until we have confirmed the price and dates with you by phone or text.
